What you can ask for
Request access to, export of, correction of, or deletion of account data, such as synced notes, bookmarks, reading history, or AI conversations. You can also ask about consent, processing restrictions, or data handled by service providers.
Tell us which data or activity your request concerns. Availability depends on what is stored, identity verification, and applicable retention obligations.
We aim to respond within 30 days after receiving your email and will explain if verification or more time is needed. Do not include passwords, payment-card information, private study content, or unnecessary sensitive details.
