Account deletion request
Request permanent deletion of your WhatsWorth account and its cloud data.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What we delete
- Account profile and authentication data
- Cloud inventory, valuations, and comparable-sales data
- Cloud-backed item photos
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately through the store where you purchased it. App Store · Google Play
Deleting your account in the app also clears local data on that device. An email request cannot remotely wipe an offline device. Remove remaining device copies in the app or uninstall it.
We retain minimal deletion records and any purchase records required by law, as described in our privacy policy. Read the privacy policy
Deletion begins once we receive your email request and will be completed within 30 days.
This form prepares an email to our privacy team. Review and send that email to submit your request. Nothing is sent by this website.
