Make the moments comparable

A simple check-in.
A longer view.

You do not need an AI analysis to use MeThen. Capturing, journaling, and comparing are free and unlimited.

  1. 01

    Line up your photo

Front, side, and back capture guides help you keep framing familiar. Try similar lighting, distance, and posture each time.

  2. 02

    Keep a little context

Add a journal note and keep check-ins in a timeline. Import older camera-roll photos and backdate them to bring your history together.

  3. 03

    Look back when you want

Choose two check-ins and compare their photos side by side. Changes in light, posture, and camera angle can affect what you see.

Inside MeThen

Your photos. A place to reflect.

From guided framing to an optional AI observation, each step stays connected to your check-in.

App Store previews with demonstration photos and illustrative AI output. These are not promised results. Select a preview to enlarge it.

AI, when you ask for it

An observation.
Not a measurement.

Optional AI can describe visible trends and return broad body-fat estimates with confidence and caveats. It can be wrong. Do not use these estimates to diagnose a condition, assess your health, or make treatment decisions.

Free where it counts

Unlimited guided check-ins, a journal and timeline, and side-by-side comparisons. Try 2 free AI analyses; the allowance counts successfully saved results. Follow-up chat includes up to 10 successful replies per day, subject to service and attempt limits.

MeThen Pro

Pro removes the AI-analysis cap and the successful-reply cap for chat. Chat retains an operational limit of up to 120 AI attempts per day. Monthly and yearly prices are shown in the app. A 7-day trial may be available to eligible new subscribers; the store purchase sheet shows the offer that applies. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.

Personal by nature

A private place to keep your check-ins.

No account or cloud photo archive. No behavioral analytics, ads, or cross-app tracking. Photos and your journal use private app storage; technical diagnostics and subscription analytics are described in the privacy policy.

AI analysis is optional. After remembered, revocable consent, tapping Analyze sends selected photos, this check-in's note, and a compact prior-result summary to Google's AI service. Location and camera metadata are stripped first. Follow-up chat sends text context, without resending the photos.

Read about processing, backups, and retention

Before your first check-in

A few things to know.

Can I use MeThen without AI?

Yes. Capture photos, import older check-ins, write journal notes, and compare two check-ins without running an AI analysis. These core features are free and unlimited.

Are body-fat estimates accurate measurements?

No. They are broad AI estimates from images, not medical measurements. Lighting, pose, clothing, and model errors can affect the output. A confidence label is not a guarantee of accuracy.

What about Deep Compare (Pro, iOS)?

Deep Compare is an iPhone-only Pro feature. It requests separate consent every time before sending both check-ins for an AI comparison. It is not included in the Android release; normal side-by-side photo comparison is free and unlimited on both platforms.

Does the optional profile get uploaded?

MeThen uses optional profile details such as height, weight, sex, and age locally. It does not send those profile fields to its AI service. Information you type into a journal note or chat may be sent as part of the AI action you choose.

Can I delete my check-ins?

Use Delete check-ins and profile in Settings to remove local photos, check-ins, and profile details. Usage counters remain; deletion does not cancel a subscription or recall information already sent for processing. Backups and platform-specific uninstall behavior are explained on the privacy-request page.

Where is MeThen available?

MeThen is on the App Store for iPhone running iOS 17 or later, and on Google Play for Android 8.0 or later. Manage a subscription through the store you bought it from, using that same account.

Your wellbeing comes first.

If tracking photos or numbers is making you feel worse, it is okay to take a break. MeThen is not a tool for diagnosing or managing an eating disorder or body-image concern.
